Luca presents an impressive contemporary Italian menu in a sleek up-scale interior with breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the infinity pool to Seven Mile Beach and the sparkling Caribbean Sea beyond. Dining at Luca is a fabulous experience. The restaurant can accommodate 150 persons for a seated event and 350 for a reception.

Prime is not your ordinary steakhouse. It is a new and exciting experience, centered around the Brazilian art of dining and located within walking distance of the Ritz-Carlton & the Westin Casuarina Resort. The steakhouse features an impressive appetizer buffet. Dinners are presented with various cuts of meats by professional carvers. Prime carvers provide continuous table side service. Prime offers an extensive wine selection of famous wines from all over the world. It consists of three separate dining rooms that can be separated for privacy or combined for one large dining experience. The restaurant has seating capacity for 200 people.

Pappagallo is set on the shore of a secluded lake and bird sanctuary in West Bay and offers magnificent al fresco or air conditioned dining that is always accompanied by fantastic Northern Italian fare and incredible service. Suitable for dine arounds or group functions up to 300 pax.

Our oceanfront Solana Restaurant offers the ultimate Caribbean dining experience. Solana delights the senses with sounds of the sea and tastes that inspire%u2026 and most unforgettably, sights of the most breathtaking sunsets. Solana Restaurant serves lunch between the hours of 11am and 2:30pm and dinner between 5:30pm and 10:30pm.
